1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended straight above your head.

 

2. As you step forward, bring both arms down and place your hands on the ground shoulder-width apart. Your fingers should be spread wide, pointing forward, and your palms should be flat on the ground.

 

3. Land in such a way that you are facing the opposite direction you started from. Your arms should be over your head near your ears, your front leg should be slightly bent and your back leg straight.

 

4. Kick your feet over your head one at a time. The foot that kicks first should land first. As your legs go overhead, transfer your weight onto your hands and arms. Your body should form a straight line from your hands to your leading foot.
