For example, warm colors like red, orange, and yellow can make us feel happy or excited. On the other hand, cool colors like blue and green can make us feel calm or relaxed. Many artists use color to express feelings or to draw attention to important parts of their work. For instance, Van Gogh used bright swirling yellows in Starry Night to express energy and movement.
