Creating number games and puzzles involving division

Group Activity 6

Game. In groups of four:

1. Write numbers 1 to 8 on cards.
2. Mix the cards well.
3. Players pick the cards in rounds.
4. Each player forms two 2-digit numbers using the two cards.
5. Check whether the numbers formed are divisible by 4.
   ​Scoring rule: No number divisible by 4, scores 0 points.
   ​A number divisible by 4 scores 5 points.
6. Repeat the game using other numbers.
