Surfaces of objects in the environment
Group Activity 1
In groups of five:
- Collect different objects such as packets of milk, boxes, straws, small pipes, oranges, balls, small cubes, marbles, tins, among others.
- Study the surface of each object.
- Discuss the word or name used to describe the shape of each surface.
- Take some of the objects. Trace and name the shape you have drawn.
- Discuss and share your drawings with other groups.
